I see theres a 20/20 death wand in pvp creation screen, but is there a in pve collecter that has this?

There are a couple of crafters in Factions, 5k plus materials.

I thought you ment a 20/20 HSR 20/20 HSC wand ^^

There are 20/20 +5e wands that are craftable, but the +5 is under 50% HP. Alternatively, you can get the Wayward green and its +5 over 50% with 20/20.

20cast/20recharge 1 handed wand, 5k + supplies in vasburg or the luxon equivalent town.

Costs a fortune to get one of each
